Job Description

Overview

  • Support lateral partner recruiting initiatives under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Director.
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules and follow-up efforts across multiple offices and time zones.
  • Lead firmwide coordination and execution of private dinners for lateral partners, including logistics and budget planning.
  • Prepare market intelligence research reports on firms and prospective candidates.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and search firms regarding candidate status and feedback.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Work beyond scheduled hours as required, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups across multiple offices and time zones.
  • Manage logistics and communication for firmwide lateral partner events.
  • Prepare detailed market intelligence reports on firms and candidates.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and search firms regarding candidate progress.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Assist with time-sensitive requests and attend events outside regular hours as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; recruiting experience in the legal industry preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours and travel as needed.
