Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in healthcare HR management, including multi-site operations and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulatory standards, and labor relations practices.
