Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct HR strategy, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory standards, and labor relations requirements across all operations.
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract highly skilled professionals and build a diverse workforce.
  • Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and implement adjustments to optimize organizational performance.
  • Administer employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and lead action planning to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Investigate compliance reports, address concerns, and manage labor relations matters effectively and professionally.
  • Update and oversee wage administration programs, ensuring equitable pay practices and competitive compensation strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to align strategies and policies with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to HR staff, supporting their professional development and performance excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in healthcare HR management, including multi-site operations and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulatory standards, and labor relations practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on strategic decision-making.
