Overview
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end billing process within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and firm policies.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to attorneys, leadership, and staff on billing and revenue management procedures.
- Coordinate with global teams to implement billing best practices and support financial system upgrades.
- Facilitate Finance Committee calls, ensuring actionable steps are executed effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and proprietary information.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide guidance and assistance to attorneys and staff regarding billing and collections processes.
- Coordinate with global billing teams to implement firmwide best practices and procedures.
- Act as a liaison with Finance Committee members, facilitating calls and actionable steps.
- Review revenue-related procedures to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 4 years in law firm billing processes.
- Thorough knowledge of billing systems and revenue management practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction across organizational levels.
