Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or eligibility for certification exam.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an ambulatory care setting.
- Proficiency in navigating electronic medical records (EMR).
- Associate degree and 3 years of experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care protocols.
- Ability to perform patient care functions and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work varying hours between 8 AM and 6 PM.
