Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity effectively.
• Supervise audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Implement systems to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Lead and mentor accounting and finance staff.
• Collaborate with departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management roles.
• Preferred 20 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
