Job Description

Overview

  • Lead field operations for electrical construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficient project workflows and achieve project goals.
  • Uphold safety standards and enforce policies to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout project stages to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to resolve field issues and optimize operations effectively.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and field logs.
  • Ensure effective utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower to maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily field operations for electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and specifications.
  • Lead and coordinate electrical crews, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Review project plans and drawings for accuracy, compliance, and feasibility.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in electrical systems are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in electrical construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation methods.
  • Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality control in all operations and processes.
  • Proficiency with construction technology platforms and tools is preferred.
