Overview
- Contribute to infrastructure operations in a high-performance environment, focusing on Linux systems, storage, virtualization, and networking.
- Participate in support rotations, triaging and escalating issues while improving documentation and workflows.
- Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline operations and enhance system reliability.
- Leverage AI-driven tools responsibly for troubleshooting and documentation purposes.
- Collaborate with senior administrators to ensure efficient infrastructure support and operations.
- Gain exposure to enterprise infrastructure, including monitoring platforms, storage systems, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain and improve monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Smokeping.
- Refine infrastructure documentation, including runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist with Linux system administration tasks, including patching and upgrades.
- Support storage, virtualization, and networking operations under senior guidance.
- Contribute to process improvements for incident response and support workflows.
- Develop small-scale automation tools using scripting languages like Bash and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable infrastructure performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure operations.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and familiarity with enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python, with an interest in automation.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and process development.
- Preferred experience with ZFS, NetApp, or enterprise storage platforms.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Puppet or Ansible.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments is advantageous.
