KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in structured training programs to develop recruitment and sales expertise.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and ATS systems to identify and engage with top talent.
- Analyze candidate profiles to match specialized skills with client needs.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
- Leverage AI-driven workflows to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Proficiency in using technology and interest in AI-driven recruitment tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment.
