Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent medical degree (MD/DO).
- Active New York State Certification/Licensure (MD, DO, or NP) and current registration.
- DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate and current CPR Certification.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care; 2-3 years preferred.
- Experience in HIV and transgender care is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to accessible, patient-centered care.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is advantageous.
