Overview

• Lead construction projects for K-12 facilities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Preferred 7 years of experience in supervising K-12 facility projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for team coordination.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
• Experience in fostering client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
