Job Description

Overview

  • Direct the strategic management and optimization of IT applications supporting construction operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative technology solutions that enhance efficiency and support growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of application roadmaps to ensure scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals to achieve high performance and operational success.
  • Establish and enforce cybersecurity standards to protect critical systems and data integrity.
  • Drive process innovation and streamline workflows to enhance user experience and application functionality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on application management and strategic planning.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing IT teams.
  • Expertise in construction-specific applications such as Procore, Kahua, and Autodesk.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction project lifecycle phases and processes.
  • Experience in implementing application roadmaps and ensuring business continuity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
