Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily operations of the ICU nursing team, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to deliver optimal patient care.
• Address patient concerns effectively and implement resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maintain operational effectiveness and staff productivity.
• Provide clinical supervision and ensure nursing staff competency through training and evaluation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, with active Registered Nurse License (California).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory; advanced certifications preferred.
• Minimum three years of clinical healthcare experience, with five years preferred in critical care nursing.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing healthcare teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of patient safety, emergency protocols, and evidence-based practices.
