Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of the ICU nursing team, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, with active Registered Nurse License (California).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Minimum three years of clinical healthcare experience, with five years preferred in critical care nursing.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing healthcare teams and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of patient safety, emergency protocols, and evidence-based practices.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
