Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees are advantageous.

- Active Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with strong mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of patient safety, emergency preparedness, and evidence-based medicine principles.
