Job Description

Overview

  • Lead technical ownership of applications supporting risk and compliance activities, ensuring their health, security, and stability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic solutions leveraging application capabilities.
  • Drive migration of on-premise Intapp platforms to cloud environments, enhancing scalability and performance.
  • Engage with vendors to advocate for product improvements and resolve issues effectively.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for architecture and support processes.
  • Participate in IT change management, SDLC, and incident management processes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior analysts and coordinate with team members across locations.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams on testing, procedures, and remediation strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as IT owner for applications supporting risk and compliance, including Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms.
  • Plan and execute migration of Intapp platforms to cloud environments, identifying new capabilities to support business needs.
  • Analyze processes and application configurations to align with business requirements.
  • Deliver recommendations to leadership based on platform understanding and business drivers.
  • Monitor and report on application performance and capacity, ensuring optimal operation.
  • Develop enhancements and new capabilities in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Maintain current and accurate documentation for engineering and support teams.
  • Adhere to security and data governance best practices in all activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, with 5 years in enterprise platform support.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, SQL development, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud systems, integrations, and release management.
  • Familiarity with security and data governance best practices.
  • Experience in professional services or legal environments preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
