Overview

  • Lead and optimize billing operations in a hybrid role, ensuring compliance and accuracy in legal invoicing processes.
  • Collaborate with legal professionals to develop tailored billing strategies aligned with client preferences and organizational standards.
  • Maintain detailed records and oversee unbilled inventory, identifying opportunities for timely and efficient billing issuance.
  • Draft comprehensive invoices, including narrative summaries, for review by partners and associates to ensure precision.
  • Analyze time entries and prepare detailed legal bills and memoranda for client submission.
  • Investigate and validate time entry narratives to ensure compliance with billing standards and appropriateness.
  • Facilitate communication between partners, clients, and billing support staff to finalize and submit accurate invoices.
  • Adhere to organizational information security policies, proactively reporting potential risks to management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and manage unbilled inventory, identifying and capitalizing on billing opportunities.
  • Prepare and draft detailed bill narratives for partner and associate review, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Job Requirements
