Overview

  • Lead construction site operations, ensuring project schedules and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate with project management to streamline workflows and address challenges.
  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite staff for optimal performance.
  • Conduct daily meetings and manage site documentation effectively.

  • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety protocols.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 8 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project scheduling.
  • Proficiency in documentation and communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with subcontractor and vendor management.
