Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project management to align schedules and address issues proactively.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and laborers for efficient site operations.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate objectives and updates effectively.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and essential site documentation.
• Engage with engineers, owners, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct site walks to monitor progress and compliance.
• Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Mentor and guide field engineers to enhance their professional growth.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 8 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project scheduling.
• Proficiency in documentation and communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with subcontractor and vendor management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges proactively.
