Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for design development and documentation is essential.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.
