Overview

• Lead architectural projects with a focus on innovative, sustainable, and affordable housing solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and lead project teams to ensure efficient workflows and successful project execution.
• Develop and refine architectural designs using advanced software tools and methodologies.

• Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit software for design development and documentation is essential.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Experience with hybrid work arrangements and collaboration tools is advantageous.
