Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; strong foundation in biological sciences preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of medical laboratory experience; 2 years preferred for advanced proficiency.
- Proficient in microscopy techniques and familiar with medical terminology for effective operations.
- Competent in using computer applications relevant to laboratory management and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently under time constraints.
