Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead architectural projects from initial concept through construction administration phases.
  • Coordinate with MEP and structural disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare detailed design and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes in all designs.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • Participate in bidding, permitting, and construction administration processes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and national building codes.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience in coordinating MEP and structural disciplines.
  • Preferred USGBC LEED Certification.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all project phases including design, bid, permitting, and construction administration.
