Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead architectural projects from initial concept through construction administration phases.
- Coordinate with MEP and structural disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare detailed design and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes in all designs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Participate in bidding, permitting, and construction administration processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Knowledge of local, state, and national building codes.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience in coordinating MEP and structural disciplines.
- Preferred USGBC LEED Certification.
- Comprehensive understanding of all project phases including design, bid, permitting, and construction administration.
