Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in preconstruction or related roles.
• Preferred 5 years of experience in construction project planning and management.
• Strong knowledge of preconstruction methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in project management software and industry-standard tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teams.
