Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and calibrate radiation therapy equipment, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Perform imaging procedures and analyze results to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor patient responses during therapy and adjust treatment as necessary.
  • Implement safety protocols and perform quality control checks on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and dosimetrists to optimize treatment plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
  • ARRT(T) certification and BLS certification from recognized organizations.
  • Proficiency in operating radiation therapy equipment and performing imaging procedures.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
