Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assess, plan, develop, and evaluate educational programs tailored to staff needs and organizational goals.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new staff, ensuring seamless integration into the healthcare team.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in healthcare education.
