Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assess, plan, develop, and evaluate educational programs tailored to staff needs and organizational goals.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new staff, ensuring seamless integration into the healthcare team.
• Facilitate competency validation processes to uphold clinical standards and patient safety.
• Organize and deliver in-service training sessions on emerging healthcare practices and technologies.
• Develop continuing education opportunities to support staff career advancement and knowledge enhancement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an educator in an acute care hospital setting.
• Proven expertise in developing and delivering educational programs for healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in healthcare education.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
