Overview

  • Contribute to operational due diligence for global fund investments across private and public markets.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to ensure robust risk management and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct operational due diligence for fund investments, including on-site visits and service provider reviews.
  • Document qualitative and quantitative assessments of fund managers’ operations and controls.
  • Monitor market and regulatory trends, providing timely advice to the business.
  • Manage external operational due diligence resources or consultants effectively.
  • Lead process reviews and workflow adaptations to enhance team capabilities.
  • Initiate and manage ad-hoc projects, including technology adoption and framework reviews.
  • Collaborate with global team members to achieve overall team targets.
  • Participate in periodic calls with global teams and fund managers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree with excellent academic credentials, CPA preferred.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in operational due diligence or related fields.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and technology adoption.
  • Understanding of investment operations lifecycle, valuation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with AI, data analytics tools, and SQL for operational processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and critical report writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of deals and projects effectively.
  • Commitment to high standards under time pressure with minimal supervision.
