Overview

  • Lead the Cardiac Cath Lab nursing team, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies and protocols for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and a culture of collaboration.
  • Oversee departmental operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to healthcare standards.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the Cardiac Cath Lab.
  • Monitor patient outcomes to ensure consistent application of care standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and supervise nursing services within the Cardiac Cath Lab department, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

  • Monitor patient outcomes and ensure adherence to established healthcare standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in cardiology or related field.
  • At least 2 years of healthcare leadership experience preferred.
  • Active RN License in the state of employment or compact state required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills essential.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
