Overview

  • Lead the strategic development and management of IT infrastructure, ensuring robust performance, scalability, and security to support organizational growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and execute comprehensive IT infrastructure strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, maintaining operational integrity and robust recovery capabilities.
  • Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of IT systems, including servers, networks, and devices.
  • Manage cybersecurity initiatives and disaster recovery planning for critical systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide escalation support for end-user computing issues, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Administer cloud services and applications, optimizing their use for organizational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance IT capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and reliable delivery of services and products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in systems administration, network management, and cloud services.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in directing and mentoring IT professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, VMware, and networking protocols.
  • Solid project management skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects effectively.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and achieve outcomes.
  • Experience in financial services or similar industries is advantageous.
