Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to the successful execution of manufacturing projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Contribute to the preparation of detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide updates and address concerns effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning and executing manufacturing projects aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial goals.
  • Coordinate procurement of necessary materials and equipment for project execution.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
