Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to facilitate collaboration among team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage high-end construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team coordination and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
