Overview

• The Estimator role involves evaluating project costs for aviation, retail, and restaurant AEC sectors.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on project budgets and scopes.
• Prepare comprehensive cost reports and financial documentation for stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as needed.
• Engage with suppliers and contractors to gather pricing and availability information.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in cost estimation preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools relevant to AEC projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret project specifications and financial data.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in cost estimation.
