Job Description
Overview
- Collaborate with the Digital Platforms Enablement group to manage and enhance Asana for Marketing and Communications teams.
- Maintain backend architecture to improve workflow consistency and efficiency across organizational operations.
- Leverage Asana features to optimize operational models for Marketing and Communications groups.
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of a global marketing organization through technology enablement.
- Execute tasks independently while aligning with broader operational goals and priorities.
- Work remotely with flexibility within EST hours for a six-month contract period.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage Asana backend components, including automation rules, custom fields, and project setups.
- Oversee Asana architecture to ensure alignment with organizational goals and taxonomy.
- Conduct quality assurance checks for platform hygiene and consistency across workspaces.
- Support ad hoc requests while adhering to governance and best practices.
- Maintain documentation for platform architecture, automation, and reporting.
- Identify optimization opportunities and anticipate risks based on platform structure and operational goals.
- Assist in building Asana AI automation features to enhance efficiency and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; certifications in project management or Asana administration preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Asana features, including rules, fields, forms, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience in leveraging Asana for complex, cross-functional solutions and custom workflows.
- Familiarity with Marketing organizational structures and execution models is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Asana AI features is a plus.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational discipline, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively.
