Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Support quarterly client meetings by preparing comprehensive portfolio review materials and analyses.

- Coordinate communications between clients, fund administrators, and internal teams to streamline processes.

- Assist in updating and managing responses in the Qvidian database for consistency and quality assurance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
- 2-5 years of experience in Client Services or Investor Relations within the financial industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating professional and impactful deliverables.
- Understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and performance metrics is essential.
- Experience with tools like Qvidian, Satuit CRM, Chat GPT, and UpSlide is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex tasks and projects effectively.
