Overview

- Enhance SharePoint structure and manage content for optimal usability and accessibility.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using Microsoft tools and other innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Manage ticketing systems, optimize workflows, and generate insightful reports for process improvement.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or IT coordination, with a proven track record.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions.
- Proficiency in project management and prioritization to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Understanding of software development processes and tools to support system implementation.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Linux, VB, PowerShell, and MS SQL is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems; experience with Kace is preferred.
- Experience with project management and documentation tools like SharePoint and Visio is advantageous.
