Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process vendor invoices and manage payment files to ensure timely transactions.
- Prepare and submit checks and vouchers for review and approval.
- Compile and audit credit card reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Administer purchasing programs and monitor travel program compliance.
- Assist in preparing journal entries and accrual schedules for financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closings with detailed documentation.
- Maintain organized records and perform filing and photocopying tasks.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
