Overview
- Support institutional equity business by executing corporate access events such as roadshows, conferences, and field trips.
- Coordinate with sales, analysts, and corporates to fulfill client requests with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage logistics for corporate access events, including travel arrangements, materials preparation, and scheduling.
- Develop relationships with corporates, sales teams, and analysts to enhance collaboration and event success.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in management systems for event tracking and analysis.
- Assist with travel expense submissions and invoice validation for sales and trading teams.
- Contribute to flagship conferences such as the Investor Forum, ensuring seamless execution and corporate participation.
- Provide exceptional communication and organizational skills to ensure event success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate analyst and corporate roadshows, expert meetings, and access days with precision and professionalism.
- Plan and execute group tours and access days in collaboration with sales and research teams.
- Manage event logistics, including booking travel, accommodations, and transportation for participants.
- Arrange event diaries and schedules in liaison with analysts, corporates, and investors.
- Ensure availability of necessary materials and equipment for successful event execution.
- Develop relationships with companies for corporate pitching and collaborate with research teams.
- Handle invitations for flagship conferences and analyst marketing roadshows.
- Participate in regular management reporting and meetings to provide updates and insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in buy/sell-side, investor relations, or corporate management.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
