Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Coordinate with consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and civil systems effectively.
- Oversee construction documentation quality and compliance with standards.
- Provide detailed construction administration, addressing submittals, RFIs, and conducting site evaluations.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and project alignment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or equivalent professional degree.
- 8–10 years of professional architectural experience, including construction-phase involvement.
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for project documentation and coordination.
- Strong understanding of building systems, constructability, and project execution.
- Experience in data center projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and act as a client liaison.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills to support junior staff development.
