Clinical Data Support

Overview

• Provide clinical data support for a remote contract position lasting three months.
• Perform PHI review processes using RAVE system functionalities.
• Handle data management tasks for over 1600 participants.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews on data uploads and transfers.
• Perform data entry for adjudication case report forms.
• Collaborate with sites to ensure accurate data handling and reporting.
• Work within a 37.5-hour work week schedule.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Navigate patient cases in RAVE and manage queries for PHI review.
• Review radiology reports to identify and handle PHI appropriately.
• Query sites to remove, redact, and re-upload data as needed.
• Perform quality assurance checks on batch data uploads.
• Ensure accurate data transfers to sponsors.
• Enter adjudication case report forms into the system.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Provide support for data management processes and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical data management.
• Proficiency in RAVE system functionalities.
• Experience with PHI review and data privacy practices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
• Preferred 4 years of experience in clinical data support roles.
• Familiarity with adjudication case report forms and data entry.
