Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Onboard newly originated investments in collaboration with underwriting teams.
  • Perform monthly valuations of illiquid securities and present analyses to committees.
  • Conduct independent valuation analyses using financial statements and market data.
  • Create and maintain financial models tracking issuer performance.
  • Prepare quarterly portfolio review materials for presentation to portfolio managers.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties, including auditors and valuation providers.
  • Contribute proactively to organizational growth and dynamic team environments.
  • Ensure compliance with valuation standards and organizational policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial consulting, asset management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in debt or equity valuation and financial analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Capital IQ or FactSet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated interest in investing and company fundamental analysis.
  • Knowledge of debt instruments and three-statement modeling.
