- Manage end-to-end loan closing processes for commercial real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, title/escrow agents, and internal teams to facilitate smooth closings.
- Handle loan modifications, payoffs, and releases, maintaining high organizational standards.
- Work on an institutional platform with opportunities to improve processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage commercial real estate loan closings, modifications, and payoffs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between borrowers, legal counsel, title/escrow agents, and internal teams.
- Review and ensure accuracy of loan documents and conditions precedent.
- Monitor and track multiple transactions simultaneously, maintaining high organizational standards.
- Collaborate with legal and asset management teams to optimize workflows and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards during all transactions.
- Provide detailed reports and updates on transaction statuses to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure successful transaction closures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in commercial real estate loan closing or related roles.
- Proficiency in handling loan documents, title/escrow processes, and conditions precedent.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards applicable to commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience in an institutional platform with process improvement initiatives is preferred.
