Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate utility account management.
  • Update and maintain contractor schedules and records using advanced tools and software.
  • Dispatch contractors for property repairs and oversee task completion to meet quality standards.
  • Follow up on maintenance jobs to ensure adherence to operational standards and tenant satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent experience preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field, with 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other tools for managing contractor schedules and records effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for tenant and contractor interactions, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
