POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager – Construction Management to join our dynamic Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division. This role offers a unique blend of client account management and full-cycle recruiting, focusing on delivering top-tier talent for construction management roles. The ideal candidate is driven, relationship-focused, and possesses a solid understanding of the construction industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for permanent construction roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, and Estimators.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Analyze and match specialized skills and qualifications to client needs effectively.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning.
- Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction recruiting and account management.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and relevant skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Reside within Eastern or Central Standard Time zones.
