Overview

  • Support daily office operations in a professional environment, ensuring efficient administrative processes and excellent visitor interactions.
  • Coordinate vendor services and property management to meet office needs effectively and seamlessly.
  • Manage office supplies, mail distribution, and inventory organization to maintain optimal functionality and readiness.
  • Arrange catering and setup for meetings and corporate events, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality service.
  • Maintain office equipment, troubleshooting issues to ensure operational efficiency and uninterrupted functionality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide front desk support, welcoming visitors and managing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and vendor services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Job Requirements
