Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and minimum five years of experience in healthcare operations.
- Minimum four years of leadership experience with direct or indirect reports.
- Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Knowledge of patient safety, nursing principles, and emergency preparedness.
- Proficiency in business process improvement and compliance management.
- Preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and ANCC certifications.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and healthcare quality standards.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
