Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage respiratory care teams and oversee the implementation of clinical standards and protocols.
- Develop and monitor respiratory care objectives and pulmonary standards.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize resource allocation and streamline operational processes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient conditions and develop care plans.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Health Care Administration, or related field.
- Minimum seven years of experience in respiratory therapy or related field.
- Three years of leadership experience in respiratory care management.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner License (California) required at hire.
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist Certificate required at hire.
- Strong knowledge of pulmonary care, respiratory equipment, and patient safety protocols.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and resource management skills.
