Overview

  • Fully remote contract position as a Temp on the talent acquisition team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and progress.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and coordination as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector or staffing agencies.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in recruitment processes.
