Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and implement reporting frameworks for private credit investments.
  • Prepare and review investor reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel and programming tools.
  • Develop marketing materials, including performance updates and track records.
  • Respond to investor inquiries with detailed and insightful analyses.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure data integration and communication.
  • Monitor and calculate performance metrics for portfolio companies.
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives within the reporting team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in private credit, hedge funds, or financial institutions.
  • Proficiency in performance metrics calculation and financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL, Python, or VBA programming.
  • Strong academic track record demonstrated by SAT scores and GPA.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • CFA certification or willingness to pursue CFA is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
