Overview

  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and project teams, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, implementing strategies to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead all project phases, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring quality and innovation.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to achieve seamless project integration and delivery.
  • Develop and present design solutions that align with client needs, functional requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations throughout project execution.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation to support project objectives and client expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff, encouraging collaboration and skill development.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and project success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Current architectural license or eligibility for licensure is required.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement.
  • LEED accreditation or other relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with advanced BIM methodologies and project management tools is advantageous.
