Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive preconstruction plans, including cost estimates and schedules.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and objectives.

  • Lead bid preparation and negotiation processes to secure optimal project outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project estimation, scheduling, and construction software tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and deliver accurate solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
