Overview
- Lead and manage the Neuro Trauma ICU and Central Telemetry Unit, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement strategies to elevate patient satisfaction and experience within the unit.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to maintain accreditation and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs effectively.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and engagement.
- Manage operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities within the department.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor and evaluate nursing practices to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Facilitate effective interdisciplinary care coordination to optimize patient outcomes.
- Lead efforts to achieve internal and external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations.
- Support a culture of accountability and transparency in clinical practices.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, with active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care leadership experience, preferably in ICU settings.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to manage a multidisciplinary team effectively.
- Proven ability to manage operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
