Overview
- Provide comprehensive IT support services to users in an on-site environment, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.
- Utilize a ticketing system to efficiently manage and resolve support queries and issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to organizational rules and guidelines for IT processes.
- Follow strict change control procedures to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Support Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Perform basic systems administration tasks on Microsoft Windows Server Platforms and Active Directory.
- Provide end-user support for desktop and mobile devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Engage in periodic travel to customer office locations within the metropolitan area as required.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience, preferably in desktop support or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Understanding of networking concepts and endpoint threat management solutions.
- Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V is preferred.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise suite of products and other vendor solutions is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended periods of standing or sitting.
