Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage projects adhering to the organization's SDLC process, ensuring comprehensive documentation and deliverables.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, maintaining momentum and consistent reporting to measure progress.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including sprint planning, task tracking, and budget management.
  • Facilitate structured and focused meetings, setting clear agendas and goals to drive results.
  • Coordinate efforts across IT and business teams, ensuring alignment and progress tracking.
  • Provide effective reporting to senior leadership, emphasizing project status, risks, and budget considerations.
  • Demonstrate responsiveness to business needs and maintain strong communication with leadership.
  • Utilize tools like Atlassian Confluence and JIRA to enhance project management efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in science or technology disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a preference for 15 years.
  • At least 7 years of executive-level engagement and customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
  • Experience managing complex projects within professional services industries.
