Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Organize and direct the daily functions of the Home Health Agency to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor administrative and clinical personnel, fostering professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive and effective home health services.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the agency, implementing improvements as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on agency performance to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent healthcare-related degree.
- Current Registered Nurse license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Nursing Compact state.
- Minimum of one year supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs.
- Completion of the required 8-hour Administrator training course.
- Effective oral and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of corporate business management and healthcare regulations.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
